Effective from 1/02/2026.

1. Data Controller

A PCO company, Braincamp OÜ (company registration number 14465576), acts as the official Secretariat and data controller for BPPF 2026.

2. What Data We Collect

We may collect:

Name
Organisation
Contact details (email, phone)
Billing details
Participation preferences (field trip, social events, accommodation)

3. Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed solely for:

Event registration and administration
Participant communication
Invoicing and accounting
Accommodation coordination (if applicable)
Preparing name badges and participant lists
Event reporting and follow-up

Your data will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes.

4. Payments

Online payments are securely processed via the Stripe platform. All payment data collected is encrypted and Braincamp OÜ does not store full credit card details.

5. Participant List

Basic participant information (name, organisation, country) may be included in a participant list shared with registered delegates for networking purposes.

6. Photos and Video

Photos and video recordings may be taken during the event and used for reporting and promotion of future BPPF events. Participants may object in writing before or during the event.

7. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for event organisation and to fulfil legal obligations (e.g., accounting requirements).

8. Your Data Protection Rights

In accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Request correction
Request deletion where legally possible
Restrict or object to processing
