Exhibition Hall at BPPF 2025

The BPPF 2025 Exhibition Hall is an opportunity to showcase your company’s products, services, and innovations to a focused international audience of peat industry professionals.

Setup: September 17, 2025

Exhibition Day: September 18, 2025, from 08:30 to ~18:00

Location: Bellevue Park Hotel, Riga

Dismantling: Immediately after the Forum conference closes on September 18

Exhibitor Packages

4 m² stand (2 x 2 meters) – €1300

6 m² stand (2 x 3 meters) – €1500

All packages include:

Standard stand setup

Wall blocks, cornice, lighting (LED 10W per 3 m²)

Company name (up to 16 characters) printed on the stand cornice

Electricity connection

Table and chairs

Technical specifications:

Wall panel size - 2360 x 963 mm (wall block – 2500 mm x 1000 mm)

Visible area - 2340 x 950 mm

Side profile width - 40 mm (octagonal)

Profile thickness - 160 mm

Panel customization:

Panels may be decorated with coloured adhesive film or adhesive prints.

It is exhibitor’s responsibility to remove all the materials and clean the panel surface after the exhibition.

If you wish to hang banners, posters or displays from the upper horizontal profile, the wall panel must first be removed.

Maximum hanging weight is 15 kg on the upper profile.
